Seamless real metal coatings can be applied to a wide range of surfaces and substrates including ABS Plastic, Acrylic, Aluminium, Concrete, Fibreglass, Glass, High Density Foam, MDF, Plaster, Polycarbonate, Steel and Wood.
Finishes are available in Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Iron, Nickel Silver, Steel, Pewter and Zinc. Metals can be blended to create a wide spectrum of colours including a range of gold finishes* from White Gold through to Antique Gold.
Once applied, the metal surface will take on the characteristics of the substrate beneath it whilst behaving like real metal. Being conductive of heat, it will retain the temperature of its surroundings.
With a 95-98% real metal content, Seamless coatings age as real metal. Aging can be controlled in particular areas, accelerated to produce rust and verdigris, or stopped entirely through the application of waxes and lacquers. Like real metal, finishes can be sandblasted, etched, engraved, brushed or polished.
Our innovative cold-spray process allows us to apply patterns and textures using layering and stippling techniques normally impossible to produce in metal. The patterns and finishes shown are examples of what is achievable and are by no means the full extent of what is possible. Clients can supply us with patterns and designs of their own or we can work with them to develop new ideas.
Our metal finishes are produced through a lengthy handcrafted process making them unique and individual in character.
*Gold finishes are a composite of other metals and are not made from real gold.
